Under the auspices of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and organized by the Vocational Qualifications Authority, a panel titled “Digital Transformation and Green Transformation in Professions in Turkey’s Century” was held on December 28, 2023, at the Ankara Holiday Inn Hotel to evaluate the impact of green and digital transformations on the workplace and employees’ skills. The panel discussed new professions and skills required in the fields of green and digital transformations, training and certification activities, exemplary practices from sectors, as well as the expectations of workers and employers. Our company was represented at the panel by our Human Resources Manager, Ms. Nilüfer Köse.
