Price and Cost Analysis System (FMAS) project is developed to determine the estimated unit prices which forms the base of the budget of Ministry of Defense and to realize the price analysis of the material, service, maintenance and reparation which procured from abroad and inside according to the related law, written decree and regulations.

The purchase and supply information gathered from the District Offices and the Departments of Internal and External Procurement of the Ministry of National Defense by using the replication technology are collected in the main database in Ankara. Price and Cost Analysis department performs price analysis by using more than 50 reports and statistical methods defined in the FMAS application in this database.
