As we complete eight years of service, we wish to present elements that may help us to remember some of what our nation is capable of achieving with this book, "Ottoman Campaigns of the 16th Century," compiled from the miniatures of Nasuh Matrakçi, who served the country as a calligrapher in the most glorious period of the Ottoman Empire.
