›Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or Other Related Disciplines
›Knowledge on Workforce Competency Systems
›Knowledge on Job Analysis
›Knowledge on Career Planning
›Knowledge on Workforce Development
›Proficient in English
|
| Preferred Qualifications: |
›Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or Other Related Disciplines
›Experience on Workforce Competency Systems
›Experience on Job Analysis
›Experience on Career Planning
›Experience on Workforce Development
›Knowledge on P-CMM and CMMI
|
